¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups cashew nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 °F.
In a medium bowl whisk egg white until foamy (no clear liquid should remain on the bottom of the bowl). In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt, and pepper; whisk into egg white.
Stir in nuts until well coated. Spread mixture in a single layer onto a rimmed baking sheet.
