This home cook fried rice is a great way to use up leftover rice. Or, to save time, cook the rice up to 1 to 2 days in advance, then let it cool and refrigerate, covered tightly. Bring to room temperature before cooking to stir-fry.
Fried rice is my love, fun and joyful when it come with grilled salmon. They being delicious and keeping healthy. The caramelized balance the flavor is the key to coating the tasty fried rice.
And once you taste it the first time, you’ll be hooked and make it again and again, so it’s a great dish, is the very definition of delicious for lunch and dinner.
And serve with Vegetable pickles. I love homemade vegetable stye. I’ve also put the recipe simple pickles. They’re easy to prepare and a little time to get wonderful side dish.
Serve With
Cucumber seedless, strips, fresh spring onion strips.

Variations
Stir in ½ cup sliced ear corns, ½ cup diced carrots with the broad beans.
Use grilled chicken instead of grilled salmon.
Delicious Tips
Double the amount of grilled salmons for top on the bowl to give a richer protein.

This lovely dish is company-special but is easy enough to put together and with just a few ingredients that you won’t stress about making it. Add or swap out some of the ingredients in this fried rice to customized into your taste. Use chopped carrots, sliced sweet peppers, cauliflower florets, sliced green beans. Snow pea pods.

Season Salmon
Preheat the oven the 400 °F. Rub salmon with a little vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pan-Fry Salmon
Bush an iron pan with a little vegetable oil and place on the low heat on the hob. Place fish, skin side down in the pan, then turn the heat off.
Roughly Break Salmon
Carefully move the pan to the oven: bake, uncovered, until salmon flakes easily for about 18 to 20 minutes. Cut or tear salmon into small pieces.

Recipe
Salmon Mushroom Fried Rice
Makes 2 To 3 Servings
Ingredients
2 Salmon fillets
150g brow rice
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
40g fresh soy bean or frozen green beans
2 fresh red chilis, finely sliced
50g close 1 cup mushroom slices
50g shiitake mushroom slices
½ medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 spring onions, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
A pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
⅛ tablespoon brown sugar
red chili flakes to taste
Directions
Cook the brown rice according to the packet instruction.
Rub the salmon with a little vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and a good amount of black pepper.
Turn on the grill pan to medium-high and grill up the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until they’ve cooked. Carefully look, not things too much burn. Let them sit for a few minutes, then roughly break the salmon in to a bite size, set aside for late.
Meanwhile mix the sauce ingredients in a small blow: soy sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, and brown sugar, wick until them combined.
In a large pan, combine the vegetable oil, garlic, onions. Stir over medium heat.
Stir and cook until the onions start to soften, and stir another 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice and sauce, stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until caramelized and all the ingredients mix well. Add the grilled salmon, chilis, spring onions, and toss for 30 minutes.
Remover from the heat. Sprinkle with red chili flakes to taste.
